Lawson Lundell Lawyers Speak at CLE BC's Advanced Real Estate Issues Course

On April 9, Lawson Lundell Lawyers spoke at the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia's (CLE BC) advanced real estate issues course, 'Real Estate Development Update 2021.' The course, held every two years, had over 180 registrants.

Ed Wilson chaired the course for the 5th time. He also presented on Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Prevention for Law Firms with Barbara Buchanan, QC of the Law Society of B.C.

Presentations were also made by Chad Travis on The Current State of B.C. Crane Swing Law; Will Shaw on The “New” Environmental Management Act and Contaminated Sites Regulation; and Tom Boyd on Lease Litigation in the Time of Covid: Four Cases, More Questions than Answers.
