“I chose Lawson Lundell because of the firm’s established business law practice and its strong commitment to student mentorship, development, and success.”

Dilan Gill is a summer student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell LLP. He looks forward to exploring many practice areas with a particular interest in corporate, securities, and banking matters.

Dilan is currently working towards his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. Dilan has gained invaluable experience working as a Research Assistant in Corporate Tax Law and Pro-Bono Legal Researcher for the Vancouver Island Human Rights Coalition. Dilan also completed a summer term at the BC Ministry of Attorney General, where he worked on reforming the province’s Family Law Act.

Prior to attending law school, Dilan completed his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Minor in Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University. During this time, Dilan worked extensively as a Teaching Assistant in Commercial Law, Managerial Economics, and Organization Theory courses.

In his free time, Dilan enjoys hiking and playing tennis and pickleball with his friends.
