Hot Topics in Privacy & Employment Law Seminar
Join Ryan Berger and Dana Kiefer for a breakfast seminar focused on some of the hottest topics in privacy and employment law this year. The seminar will take place on September 21st, covering the following topics:
- New Developments in Privacy Law, changes to the federal privacy laws and implications for businesses in Alberta, and emerging privacy issues for managers in the workplace, as well as privacy officers.
- New Developments in Employment Law, as well as common issues challenging managers today – and how to avoid them. Employment tips and traps for employees, managers and HR team members. This will include topics such as terminations, workplace investigations and human rights matters.
Each presentation will be about 20 minutes and we will plan to save time for some questions and discussion.
