Lawson Lundell was proud to support Access Pro Bono with their annual Pro Bono Going Public campaign. Over 200 lawyers across B.C. provided free legal advice to low- and modest- income clients while raising funds to support Pro Bono’s vital programs. This year’s in-person clinics were held at Surrey Civic Plaza and the Vancouver Art Gallery, with virtual clinics running province-wide.
In addition to donating their time to provide free legal advice, Lawson Lundell lawyers also helped raise over $12,000 for Access Pro Bono. Thank you to everyone on the team that contributed their time to make this year’s campaign such a success: Gordon Brandt, Rachel Wollenberg, Kimia Jalilvand, Matt Stainsby, Jeevan Jdali, Louise McLeod, Scott Boucher, Austin Darling, Ben Foster, Caitlin Ohama-Darcus, Lucas Soper, and Natasha Ford.
Access Pro Bono is an independent organization, that provides critical legal services to over 50,000 individuals and families of limited means, and the non-profit organizations who serve them. This essential support is made possible by volunteer lawyers, administrative volunteers, funders, sponsors and individual donors.
