Austin advises clients on corporate and commercial law, with a focus on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. As a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial and Corporate Finance & Securities groups, he works with private companies, public corporations, and early-stage startups.
He has experience assisting clients across industries, including forestry, mining, insurance, technology, and sports and entertainment. His practice includes business entity formations, corporate reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions, and governance matters.
Austin joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate after completing his articles.
