Lawson Lundell Advises Private Investor Group on Pan American Nursery Products Acquisition
Lawson Lundell acted for a private investor group on their acquisition of Pan American Nursery Products Inc. (“Pan American”). Lawyers from Lawson Lundell’s mergers and acquisitions, banking & debt financing, real estate, and labour and employment groups advised on the transaction.
The Sandpiper Group, a Vancouver-based private equity firm, provided due diligence and advisory services to the private investor group.
Pan American is a family-owned plant nursery with locations across Canada. It specializes in the wholesale distribution of retail-ready plants to retailers in Canada and the United States.
