Her practice primarily focuses on secured and unsecured financings, including bilateral and syndicated loans, project financings, asset-based lending, and cross-border transactions. Laura brings a detailed understanding of complex financing structures, ensuring that her clients navigate these transactions efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Lawson Lundell in 2024, Laura summered, articled, and practiced in the Vancouver office of a national full-service firm.
