Bianca focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She advises private equity funds, strategic acquirers, business owners, and investors on a wide range of transactions involving privately owned companies, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, acquisition financings, and equity investments.
She also provides counsel on corporate and commercial matters to private companies and their stakeholders. Bianca has represented clients across various industries on Canadian and international transactions. She takes a proactive approach toward understanding the specific industry in which her clients and target companies operate, in order to tailor her legal advice to their unique business needs.
Before joining Lawson Lundell, Bianca practiced at a leading boutique M&A and private equity firm in Vancouver. Prior to that, began her legal career at a cross-border law firm in Toronto before making the move back home to Vancouver.
