
On Friday, June 6, Lawson Lundell lawyers Ed Wilson, Mandeep Dhaliwal, Lisa Frey, and Peter Haley presented at the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLEBC) ‘Real Estate Development 2025’ course. The one-day program covered key topics including limited partnerships, project finance, disclosure statements, and real estate fraud.
Ed Wilson co-chaired the course alongside Mark Lewis of Bennett Jones and took part in several discussions and presentations. He moderated the sessions Structuring Limited Partnerships, Legislative Updates, and Airspace Parcel Subdivisions, and co-presented on sessions Funds Transfer Frauds and Real Estate Identity Frauds Revealed.
Lisa Frey and Peter Haley joined Ed for the Legislative Update session, while Mandeep Dhaliwal presented on Project Financing Considerations.
