Partner Paul Kressock Co-Presents CBA BC Administrative Law CPD Session

Lawson Lundell LLP is pleased to announce that partner Paul Kressock co-presented a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) session for the Administrative Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch (CBABC) on Oct. 29, 2026.

The session, titled "Admin Law 101: Issues Regarding Procedural Fairness," focused on recent applications of foundational cases and key procedural fairness considerations in administrative law and judicial reviews.

A scheduled rebroadcast of the webinar will take place on Friday, Dec. 11, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. PST. 

The session offers 1.0 hour of CPD credit. Attendance is free for CBABC members.
