Lawson Lundell partner Amaan Gangji has been appointed Leader of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group for North America with the World Services Group (WSG).
Amaan also serves as one of only four members of the WSG North America Regional Council, following his election to the Council earlier this year.
In these roles, Amaan will advance regional collaboration on M&A matters, with a focus on emerging transaction trends, market developments and strategic cross-border opportunities.
