Lawson Lundell Associate Noor Mann to Speak at CLEBC Bankruptcy & Insolvency Update 2026

Lawson Lundell is pleased to announce that associate Noor Mann will be speaking at the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLEBC) course, "Bankruptcy & Insolvency Update 2026". The intermediate-level course takes place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and is available in-person in Vancouver as well as live via webinar.

The course provides education across all practice areas with a foundation on how bankruptcy affects client rights, federal and provincial statutory frameworks, litigation risk flags, and directors' and officers' liability.

Noor will speak during the afternoon session on "Guarantees".
