Amanda Miller-Fleming to Speak at Northwest Territories Tourism Annual Conference 2026

Lawson Lundell associate Amanda Miller-Fleming will be a featured panelist at the upcoming Northwest Territories Tourism (NWTT) AGM & Conference, taking place Nov. 3 – 5, 2026, in Yellowknife, N.W.T.

The annual conference brings together tourism professionals, business owners and industry leaders from across the territory and Canada to network, collaborate and participate in three days of professional development and strategic workshops.

Amanda will be part of a panel that will be providing insight into the legal considerations involved in selling or transferring businesses, including the legal process, key documents, due diligence and issues business owners should consider well before the transaction takes place.
