ADRIC 2025 National Conference

On October 23, 2025, Lawson Lundell lawyer Scott Lucyk, FCIArb., will speak at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada's (ADRIC) 2025 National Conference. Taking place over two days, October 23-24, at The Douglas in Vancouver, the conference will cover a myriad of topics, from family mediation and conflict management systems to the new ADRIC rules. 

Scott will participate in an expert panel discussion titled 'Hot Topics in Arbitrations: Tariff-related Disputes.' The panel will explore recent disputes, including confidentiality issues and project delays, where parties have been impacted by tariffs.

In addition to Scott, Lawson Lundell lawyer Michael Donaldson, KC, FCIArb., will also be attending the conference.
