Tom Boyd, Partner, Vancouver
Tom is a commercial litigator, with experience in complex commercial disputes, environmental matters, and real estate and construction litigation. Tom has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia as lead counsel, and conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations.

Jennie Buchanan, Partner, Calgary
Jennie has a general commercial litigation practice, with a focus on commercial arbitration, administrative law, and employment disputes. In her commercial arbitration practice, Jennie advises and represents clients involved in complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on construction disputes.

Lisa Frey, Partner, Vancouver
Lisa assists clients with a wide variety of real property matters including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, real estate development and commercial leasing. She also has experience in various strata corporation matters, such as drafting bylaws, policies and resolutions, and providing practical advice to numerous condominium owner, section and strata corporation clients.

Nicholas Shon, Partner, Vancouver
Nicholas assists clients with all aspects of real estate development, financing, commercial leasing and municipal planning. Nicholas’s experience includes assisting developers with the rezoning, subdivision, and marketing of development properties, acting for investors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, advising tenants and landlords in lease negotiations for industrial, retail and office properties.
