Biography
Bianca is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Bianca has experience advising private equity funds, business owners and investors on a broad range of transactions involving privately owned companies, including on numerous share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, acquisition financings, and equity investments. Bianca also has experience advising private companies and their stakeholders on various corporate and commercial matters.
Bianca has advised clients across a diverse range of industries in Canada, and her transactional experience includes Canada/U.S. cross-border business deals. Bianca takes a particular interest in familiarizing herself with the specific industry in which her client and/or target company in a transaction operates, in pursuit of providing practical legal advice tailored to the unique business needs of her clients.
Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Bianca practised as an associate at a leading boutique M&A and private equity law firm in Vancouver focused on middle market transactions. Bianca also previously spent some time in Toronto to begin her legal career at a specialized cross-border law firm.
