Samantha R. Ferguson,

Samantha is an associate in the Kelowna - Landmark office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm's Corporate Commercial Group. Samantha’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, estate and trust planning, incapacity planning and estate administration and real estate. Samantha maintains a broad practice and has assisted clients with asset and share transactions, partnerships, private placement financings, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Samantha is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and has worked with clients and their advisors in formulating business succession plans and estate plans for young professionals to high net worth individuals. She prepares wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, alter ego and joint spousal trusts, family trusts, committeeship applications and other planning documents.
