I am very excited to be rejoining Lawson Lundell, Western Canada’s leading business law firm. Garrett Lee is a partner specializing in business and commercial law, with a focus on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, private company financings, technology transactions and going public transactions. Garrett also advises a variety of clients on a range of business transactions and provides ongoing advice to companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, securities law compliance and various other business and commercial matters.

Garrett has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing and mining, ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to advising public and private companies of all sizes.

• Counsel to Australian graphene manufacturing company in its overnight marketed public offering for gross proceeds of $12.4 million.
• Canadian counsel to oral care company in its direct listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market by way of IPO prospectus for gross proceeds of US$15.5 million.
