Camille Chisholm, Partner, Vancouver

Camille is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, where she focuses primarily on commercial and real estate litigation. Camille acts for a variety of clients in breach of contract and negligence claims, in addition to representing companies and shareholders in various corporate disputes, including those related to corporate governance. She also represents clients with respect to commercial lease disputes, claims arising out of other real estate transactions, real estate agent services and issues arising under the Strata Property Act

Katy E. Allen, Partner, Vancouver

Katy Allen is a member of the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group. She advises and represents clients regarding a broad range of issues relating to labour, employment, employment standards, human rights, and privacy law. She also assists clients with drafting and interpreting employment agreements and providing input on a wide variety of employment and labour related issues in business transactions.

Meghan Popp, Partner, Vancouver

Meghan is a member of the Pension and Employee Benefits Group. She acts for boards of trustees and other sponsors of pension and benefit plans in the private and public sectors in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Meghan works with both single employer plans and trusteed multi-employer plans across a wide range of industries, providing advice in respect of the legal and regulatory issues that impact these plans. 

Tim Syer, Partner, Yellowknife

Tim practices corporate and commercial law. He advises local and national clients on corporate matters including purchase and sale transactions, financings, commercial real estate, joint ventures and mineral tenure. In both the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, Tim regularly deals with complex land tenure issues. He has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on corporate reorganizations and conducting large-scale diligence reviews for resource extraction clients.

Sean G. Adair, Partner, Vancouver

Sean practices corporate law and has experience in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations and various other corporate proceedings. He has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, and service agreements. 

Will J. Shaw, Partner, Vancouver

Will is a member of the Environmental & Regulatory Group. His practice focuses on environmental, public utility, and regulatory law. Will has assisted proponents of mining, energy and infrastructure projects navigate the environmental assessment process. He also assists clients develop and implement environmental compliance programs in regulated areas.
