Sean G. Adair*

Sean practices corporate law and assists clients with a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate reorganizations. In addition, he regularly advises on a wide range of commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, and service agreements.

Sean is also a member of the firm's Forestry Group and works with clients in the forestry industry on commercial agreements in relation to timber harvesting, road-building, silviculture, equipment procurement and other operational forestry matters, as well as on purchase and sale transactions involving forestry companies, forestry tenures and other forestry assets.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Sean practiced in the Toronto office of a leading Canadian law firm.
