Shannon Hayes, KC, FCIArb., Listed as a Panelist for the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre

Lawson Lundell litigation partner, Shannon Hayes, KC, FCIArb., has been listed as a Domestic and International Arbitration panelist with the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC). Shannon looks forward to taking on neutral arbitration work as a member of the roster of panelists for the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre for domestic expedited arbitrations.

VanIAC is a non-profit foundation committed to offering alternatives to dispute resolution and resolving conflicts out of court. They provide accomplished and respected experts from both the legal and business community to act as arbitrators and mediators. 

Shannon has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta and acted in numerous private arbitrations. She is regularly sought out by clients for complex contractual and business tort disputes as she is known for creative and think outside-the-box solutions to achieve her client’s goals in the most practical way.
