Xue practices primarily corporate and commercial law and commercial real estate transactions.
Xue assists clients on a variety of corporate matters, including share and asset purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, and different types of corporate and commercial agreements. Within her real estate practice, Xue prepares documents for acquiring, selling, leasing, and financing real property and assists clients with commercial, mixed-use and residential real estate developments.
Xue started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of her articles in 2024. Prior to practicing law, Xue completed a master’s degree in Experimental Medicine and worked in a biotechnology company. Xue is fluent in Mandarin and is able to provide legal services in both English and Chinese.
