Sarah is a litigator who advises and acts for clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. She has represented clients in litigation involving complex contractual disputes, shareholders disputes, securities actions, injunctions, cross-border matters, and private arbitrations.
Sarah has significant experience as appellate counsel. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Sarah obtained her J.D. from the University of British Columbia, where she was the recipient of several awards based on academic excellence and oral advocacy. While completing her undergraduate studies, Sarah played varsity soccer and captured back-to-back national championships.
