Saheena Tegally is an associate in Lawson Lundell's Fund Investments & Asset Management Group. Within her fund investments practice, Saheena assists clients with conducting diligence and negotiating pooled fund investments, investment management and subscription agreements on behalf of a diverse range of institutional investors.
Saheena also practices corporate and commercial law, assisting clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, amalgamation and reorganizations.
Saheena joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate after completing her articles in 2024.
