Saheena Tegally is an associate in our Fund Investments & Asset Management Group as well as the Pensions & Employee Benefits Group in Vancouver.
Within her fund investments practice, Saheena assists with conducting diligence and negotiating pooled fund investments, investment management and subscription agreements on behalf of a diverse range of institutional investors.
Within her pensions and benefits practice, Saheena assists with amending plan texts and supporting documents, reviewing and advising on pension and benefit plan investment agreements, and negotiating plan contracts.
Saheena joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate after completing her articles in 2024.
