Nikka is a real estate paralegal. Her responsibilities include conducting due diligence searches, drafting and preparing correspondence and transaction documents, handling closing and post-closing matters, and registering documents with the BC Land Title Office and other government registries. She also facilitates commercial real estate transactions from start to completion and drafts documentation for strata sales and wind-ups. Nikka joined the firm in 2021 as a junior legal assistant before advancing to her current role.
