Matt advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on business transactions and real estate. His practice includes corporate governance, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and asset purchase and sale transactions.
He also assists clients with a variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of real property. Matt is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial and Real Estate Groups.
