Kayla is an associate in Lawson Lundell’s Vancouver office practicing in the Asia Pacific Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and commercial real estate transactions. Kayla assists clients with a variety of transactions, including asset and share purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations and acquisitions and sales of commercial properties.
Kayla started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2020 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of her articles in 2022. Prior to practicing law, Kayla worked in the audit and assurance group of an international accounting firm.
