Kate is an articling student in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell. She is interested in exploring multiple practice areas with a particular interest in the firm’s commercial real estate practice.
Kate completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, where she was the recipient of the school’s largest entrance scholarship. She was on the Dean’s List each year of law school and earned the Hope and Ian McLaren Cook, Sr. Scholarship for her performance in Oil and Gas Law. Throughout law school, Kate was also an executive with the University of Calgary Technology and Law Association.
Prior to law school, Kate earned her Bachelors of Science (Honours) with Distinction in Life Sciences from Queen’s University.
