Jason is an associate in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell. Jason’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate legal and commercial real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, financings, commercial real estate purchase and sales, and commercial leasing. Jason also regularly reviews and drafts various types of commercial agreements.
Jason started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2021 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of his articles in 2024.
