Jason is an associate in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell, where his practice spans a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, private placements, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, as well as banking and finance.
Jason regularly advises public and private companies on share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters. He also drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and other commercial contracts.
On the banking and finance side, Jason represents borrowers, banks, private lenders and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, project financings, asset-based lending arrangements and securitizations.
Jason joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2021 and returned as an associate in 2024 after completing his articles with the firm.
