Crystal's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She assists clients with a variety of transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations and financings, as well as preparing various types of commercial agreements.
Crystal started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2020 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of her articles in 2022.
