Ben advises clients in the commercial real estate and natural resource sectors, with a focus on property acquisitions, project financing, land tenure and resource ownership reviews as well as regulatory and permitting matters. He works with clients on a range of commercial and project development issues, providing strategic guidance throughout the lifecycle of real estate and natural resource projects.
Before becoming a lawyer, Ben worked as a Contaminated Sites Officer and Chemicals Management Coordinator with Environment and Climate Change Canada.
