Anna Zubchenko

Anna is a real estate paralegal in Lawson Lundell's Vancouver office. She works closely with lawyers and clients to facilitate commercial real estate transactions, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions, development and subdivision matters, and commercial financing transactions. 

Anna's key responsibilities include conducting due diligence searches and reviews, coordinating commercial property acquisitions and sales, preparing and reviewing transactional documentation, assisting with financing transactions and attending to BC Land Title Office registrations. She also liaises with lenders, brokers, insurance representatives, property managers, opposing counsel, and clients to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and seamlessly.

Before joining Lawson Lundell LLP in 2026, Anna gained experience at both full-service law firms and a boutique commercial real estate law firm in downtown Vancouver, where she developed her expertise in a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial financing transactions, development and subdivision projects, and strata lot sales.
