Akum has experience across a range of real estate matters, including commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development work, and strata-related issues. She supports clients at all stages of these matters, including conducting due diligence and assisting with the drafting and review of key agreements and documents.
Akum earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. She completed her summer and articling terms at Lawson Lundell before returning to the firm as an associate.
