Aisha maintains a broad corporate and securities practice, advising on a wide range of corporate, commercial, securities, and transactional matters, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, and corporate reorganizations.
Aisha advises clients across a range of industries on complex transactions and regulatory matters. Her experience spans both public and private company matters, and she regularly assists clients with the structuring and execution of mergers, acquisitions, plans of arrangement, public offerings, private placements, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Aisha articled and practised with a leading international law firm.
