Zackery advises clients on corporate, commercial, real estate, and estate planning matters. He regularly assists clients with a variety of transactions including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, as well as preparing various commercial agreements. Zackery also advises clients on residential and commercial real estate matters including purchases, sales, and lease agreements. Additionally, he assists clients with trust and estate planning matters.
Zackery joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and became an associate after completion of his articles in 2025.
