Sonal has experience in a broad range of real estate matters including commercial acquisitions and sales, development-related matters, and strata-related matters. She has assisted clients at various stages of transactions, including conducting due diligence and preparing purchase agreements.
Sonal completed her Juris Doctor at the University of British Columbia. She both summered and articled at Lawson Lundell prior to joining the firm as an associate. During law school she served as the Co-President of the UBC South Asian Law Students’ Association and was involved with the UBC Legal Education Outreach program.
