Samantha maintains a litigation and regulatory practice in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. She has experience representing a broad range of environmental clients across several industries. Her litigation practice is primarily focused on municipal and public law disputes, although she has broad civil litigation experience as well.
Samantha joined Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2023 and became an associate after completing her articles in 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria, where she also obtained a Concentration in Environmental Law and Sustainability. During law school, Samantha was an executive with the Environmental Law Club and volunteered as a Clinician and Board Member for the Environmental Law Centre (ELC). In recognition of her work, she was nominated by the ELC for the Law Foundation of BC Public Interest Award.
Prior to her legal studies, Samantha completed her Master of Professional Communication, where her research focused on the Green Party leadership’s political narrative and communications strategy in the 2021 federal election.
Samantha has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
