Rachel maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, having appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. She regularly advises clients with respect to construction disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes and oppression claims, professional negligence, and complex contractual issues. She also has experience with alternative dispute resolution processes, including high-value commercial arbitrations and mediations. Rachel brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolving all types of disputes.
Rachel also advises and represents businesses, employers and individual clients on a wide range of employment matters.
Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Rachel was an associate at a full-service national firm in Calgary where she practiced in commercial litigation and anti-bribery and corruption investigations and compliance.
