Nicole Welsh

Nicole’s practice focuses on litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters. She has represented clients in cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of British Columbia’s courts, and various regulatory bodies.

Nicole completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria, where she received the President’s Scholarship for achieving a top GPA in the Faculty of Law. Before attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating at the top of her class.

As a law student, Nicole volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, assisting the Research Team by providing guidance to student volunteers. She was also a volunteer editor for the Appeal Law Journal, where her work has been published.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Nicole worked as an administrative decision-maker for a major provincial regulatory body.
