Megan practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She assists clients with a variety of transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganizations, as well as drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements.
Megan’s transactional experience extends across a wide variety of industries including insurance, manufacturing, food and beverage, and technology. She started as a summer student in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of her articles in 2024.
