Ian is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities and Corporate Commercial groups. Ian’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and commercial agreements. He also advises clients with respect to securities regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Ian has experience assisting both private and public entities across a range of industries including technology, software, healthcare, mining, and forestry.
Ian joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and became an associate after completing his articles in 2025. Prior to law school, Ian worked in business development in the software as a service (SaaS) industry in Vancouver.
