Felicia maintains a broad business law practice, with a focus on commercial real estate and corporate and commercial matters. She assists clients with a range of transactions, including asset and share purchases, corporate reorganizations, and the acquisition and sale of commercial properties. Felicia also has experience preparing and reviewing succession and estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trusts.
Felicia began her career with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of her articles in 2025.
