Christian Rossi is an associate in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell. Christian’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate commercial legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate reorganizations, restructurings and financings.
Christian completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary. During law school, Christian volunteered as a caseworker for Student Legal Assistance and the BLG Business Venture Clinic, and gained experience as a research assistant in energy and tax law. He also completed the London Corporate Law Summer Institute, where he studied cross-border corporate finance.
Prior to attending law school, Christian obtained a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in finance, from Dalhousie University. During his time at Dalhousie, Christian completed three co-op internships in accounting, compliance and private equity.
