Krystal is an associate in Lawson Lundell’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, where she practices litigation and administrative law with a particular emphasis on environmental, Indigenous, and regulatory matters.
Krystal assists clients with a variety of matters, including regulatory proceedings, permit application and compliance processes for new and developing projects, and civil disputes.
Krystal obtained her J.D. from the University of British Columbia along with a Specialization in Environmental Law and Natural Resource Law. During her time at law school Krystal authored a Court Watch Report with Pro Bono Students Canada and was selected as an Allard Law Student Ambassador.
Before her legal career, Krystal graduated with distinction from Simon Fraser University where she studied Political Science and Communication with an emphasis on the political economy of news media. In her free time Krystal is an avid reader and prioritizes time spent with friends and family.
