Kate is an articling student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell LLP. She is interested in trying all areas of law, and has a particular interest in litigation.

Kate completed her law degree at the Peter A. Allard School of Law where she gained valuable experience as a caseworker with the UBC Innocence Project and as a clinician with the Law Students Legal Advice Program. Kate was a member of the Allard Law Student Society Social Council and was elected as Student Affairs Coordinator in her second year. She received the Arthur Close, Q.C. Prize in Advanced Legal Research and the Joan Joyce Carter Memorial Scholarship for academic achievement. 

In her spare time Kate enjoys skiing, surfing, camping and competitive horseback riding.
