Eman Jeddy is an associate in the Research and Opinions Group. He has experience in drafting legal memos, opinions and arguments on a variety of topics, including corporate governance, secured transactions, commercial litigation, and equity principles. Prior to working in the Research and Opinions group, Eman worked in the Banking and Debt Financing Group at Lawson Lundell, where his practice focused on lender-side financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Eman started with Lawson Lundell as an articling student in 2018 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of his articles in 2019. Eman acquired his J.D. at the University of Ottawa, where he volunteered as a Senior Editor of the Ottawa Law Review.
