Biography

Sarvenaz Ghattan-Kashani is an articling student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. She is interested in real estate and corporate law and has a particular interest in Intellectual Property in the gaming and fashion industry.

Sarvenaz completed her Juris Doctor at Queen’s University. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her BSc in Integrated Sciences from the University of British Columbia where she studied mind wandering and decision-making. This led her to a research assistant position in the UK researching children’s decision-making process when pleading guilty. During her first year at law school, Sarvenaz worked at Innocence Canada and spent her second year working with her school’s Prison Law Clinic. Before starting her articling at Lawson Lundell, Sarvenaz took up flying lessons and now enjoys flying a small Cessna around the city on the weekends.
