Narges Naseri,

Narges is an associate in the Corporate Finance & Securities Group. She represents public and private companies on corporate governance and corporate and securities law matter, including capital market transactions, corporate reorganizations, public offerings and private placements. Narges also has experience working with public companies on regulatory compliance matters and continuous disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Narges worked at a boutique securities law firm in Vancouver.

• Counsel to a syndicate of underwriters in connection with the $201 million subscription receipt offering by Peyto Exploration & Development Corp., 2023
• Acted for B2Gold Corp. in connection with its acquisition of Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. (with a total equity value for Sabina of approximately C$1.1 billion).
• Acted for Aurion Resources Ltd. in connection with its fully marketed private placement and a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of approximately C$6.7 million.
