Biography

Madison is a summer student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. She is interested in exploring all practice areas of law within the litigation sector.

Madison is currently working towards her Juris Doctor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law where she has gained invaluable experience with the Law students’ Legal Advice Program, Access Pro Bono, and Pro Bono Students Canada. This year, Madison participated in the Peter Burns Moot receiving an award for Best Cross-Examination. Additionally, she received the Honourable Justice Grant Burnyeat Award in Law for academic excellence and strong leadership skills as well as the Joseph M Prodor Prize in Torts for outstanding achievement in Torts.

Prior to attending law school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy at the University of British Columbia. In her spare time, Madison enjoys hiking with her two dogs, eating at new vegan restaurants, spending time with her family and rescuing dogs.
