Biography

Kevin is a Land Owner Transparency Act (LOTA) Coordinator at the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. His practice focuses on real estate law with a particular emphasise in the Land Owner Transparency Registry and the organizational structure of commercial and trust entities. In collaboration with other commercial and real estate lawyers of Lawson Lundell, Kevin works with clients that directly or indirectly own property in B.C. through various forms. Kevin also has experience in providing legal services to land development and construction clients, including drafting easement, statutory right of way, and tree removal documents.

Kevin works with Lawson Lundell’s lawyers to analyze the corporate, trust, or partnership property ownership structure of clients to determine the information that needs to be submitted to the Land Owner Transparency Registry.

Prior to law, Kevin worked as a business development manager at a number of world-renown coffee and snacks companies for a combined seven years. Kevin also has considerable experience in construction project management, including the coffee brewing equipment installation project at BC Place Stadium.
